Yo guys! It's Monday yo!

I'm starting the week right by joining The Travel Junkie's 30-day gratitude project. There's more to a thank-you than the words. This practice is a reminder, to me at least, to honor and acknowledge the energies of the universe.

I'm grateful for the following from last week.

• Meeting a new person and seeing a different perspective

• Dad

• Will

• The newly discovered mind-body connection from yoga and swimming

• Ladies' night and free tequilas

• Friends

• Alone time

• The joy of playing Assassin's Creed Brotherhood (again!) :)

Choose to take the time and see the little things that make the world go round. Choose to love daily all throughout the week. Namaste.
